Bharata Mata College (Autonomous) Thrikkakara, established in 1965 under the Bharata Mata Educational Trust, is affiliated with Mahatma Gandhi University and managed by the Archdiocese of Ernakulam–Angamaly.

Located along the seaport–airport road in Thrikkakara, the college earned an A+ grade from NAAC (2019). Guided by the motto “For God and country”, Bharata Mata College provides a holistic education that blends academic excellence with ethical values and responsible citizenship.

About the Department

The Department of Computer Science, established in January 2021 within the Government-aided stream, has made significant strides with the launch of its Integrated MSc in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning). This program is designed to foster a generation of technologically adept youth who are not only proficient in technical skills but also embody responsible citizenship, ethical values, and empathy. The department’s vision emphasizes a commitment to excellence in education, equipping students with the tools to tackle contemporary technological challenges. By blending theoretical knowledge with practical application and ethical principles, the Integrated MSc program prepares graduates to contribute meaningfully to society.
